The Malta Gaming Authority would like to draw its licensees’ attention to the notice published on the Malta Government Gazette related to the liquidation of Satabank p.l.c., wherein the Controller of Satabank p.l.c. is:

• Advising all account holders who may have a claim to take note of the list of creditors recognised by the Controller and published within the aforementioned notice; and
• Describing the procedures to be followed if account holders are disputing the balance due to them or if their names are being excluded from the published list.
