The 2024 Risk Evaluation Questionnaire (REQ) has been made available by the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) on the Compliance and Supervision Platform for Assessing Risk (CASPAR) portal for completion by subject persons as from 29 February 2024.

The deadline for gaming operators to submit their REQs is 11 April 2024.

To assist subject persons, the FIAU has provided guidance for each question throughout the questionnaire itself.

Gaming operators are reminded of the importance of adhering to their respective deadline, as any late submissions may result in incurring an administrative penalty issued by the FIAU.
