AI continues to make a splash in iGaming as EveryMatrix makes another move

EveryMatrix, one of the biggest B2B technology developers in the betting and gaming space, has embarked on another AI-focused initiative.

The firm announced the launch of a new product, Bonus Guardian, an AI-backed feature designed to prevent bonus abuse on casino platforms.

Bonus Guardian uses real-time player data to flag and prevent bonus abuse, improve segmentation accuracy and player lifetime value, and reduce operational friction.

As with other AI products, the solution has been designed with the main motivation of reducing manual workload and false positives by learning from real-time player data.

Stian Enger, Head of Casino, EveryMatrix, said: “Everyone in iGaming knows about the
battle between fraudsters and anti-fraud prevention tools. Each side wants to get ahead of the other, but with Bonus Guardian, we strongly believe we have a definite edge.”

EveryMatrix may find that its new feature will have particular demand given the challenging environment many operators are conducting business in right now, particularly in Europe.

High taxes across Europe in markets like France, Germany, the Netherlands and now the UK are putting pressure on operator margins, and so protecting every penny that could be lost to bonus abuse may be high on some firm’s agenda.

Fraud in general is also a growing challenge for the industry, with AI-generated fake accounts and deepfake IDs particularly troublesome. EveryMatrix asserts that its new product can help futureproof operations against these fraud threats.

“Bonus Guardian is not just another fraud filter. It is a living shield that adapts to everything
that is thrown at it thanks to the power of AI,” Enger remarked.

The firm will likely begin offering the product to its range of clients soon, with its customer base including both large and small operators from the likes of BetGoodwin to international iGaming giants like bet365.

As 2025 nears its end, EveryMatrix has kept its foot on the gas regarding business activity, having recently signed a new deal with Danish state-owned firm Danske Spil while also appointing a new co-CEO in Jonas Groes, brother of longtime CEO and company founder Ebbe Groes.
