Aspire Global lauds ‘important step’ in completing BtoBet brand migration

Aspire Global has announced that all of its partner brands have now fully migrated to the BtoBet proprietary sportsbook platform, marking an ‘important step’ in achieving group synergies.

The B2B gaming platform and software provider predicts that the completed migration of its partner brands will contribute to increased revenues, reduced costs and improved profitability.

Additionally, the company has lauded the ‘rapid execution’ of the brand transfer as indicative of its technological, managerial and operational capabilities.

Tsachi Maimon, CEO at Aspire Global, said: “I’m very happy to see that we have already managed to complete this significant step in our growth strategy. This is yet another milestone in our aim to become the world’s leading iGaming supplier.”

Aspire first acquired BtoBet in October 2020 and has leveraged its new subsidiary in a number of established and emerging markets across both Europe and the Americas, having most recently partnered with BestBet24 in Poland and Flutter Entertainment in Latin America, the latter in collaboration with Brazilian media firm Grupo Globo.

A total of 10 partner brands are now integrated onto the BtoBet platform – the first successfully transitioning in August of this year – completing Aspire’s objective of completing the full migration by the conclusion of the year.

“The migration to BtoBet’s proprietary sportsbook platform opens up for numerous growth opportunities in regulated markets with both existing and new customers, especially in Europe, the US and Latin America,” Maimon concluded.

BtoBet’s performance was a key highlight of Aspire’s Q3 2021 trading update, with the firm reporting that the platform’s value had substantially increased by 68.7% to €7.8 million.

Overall group revenue for the quarter stood at €58.6 million, a 46% increase on 2020 earnings of €40.1 million, with the acquisition of BtoBet song with Pariplay identified as key income drivers.
