Digtain partners with Luís Figo to ‘represent sportsbook quality’
Digitain has announced Luís Figo as a brand ambassador, stating that the former Portugal international represents a number of the company’s business traits.
The sports betting and igaming technology platform provider stated that Figo – who was capped 127 times for Portugal and played for Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan – personalised the brand’s values of ‘quality, innovation and effectiveness.’
As a brand ambassador for the firm, Figo’s first activation saw the UEFA Champions League winning winger appear in a photoshoot for the company, holding a Digtain-branded football shirt with the number seven on the back.

Figo joins Digitain as a Brand Ambassador following a period of significant development for the company, explained by Simon Westbury, Chief Business Officer, at Betting on Sports Europe (BOSE) last month.
Westbury discussed Digitain’s GLI certification for its Centrivo platform, its entry into virtual sports, leveraging of AI and general work on its sportsbook offering, which now covers an average of over 90,000 events per month.
