Enteractive expands client pool with GiG Marketplace membership

Enteractive has signed an agreement with Gaming Innovation Group’s (GIG) GiG Marketplace, bolstering its access to a wider range of clients in the process.

The personalised retention services provider has detailed a ‘positive and established relationship’ with GiG, resulting in approval for use of the Marketplace, which introduces third party services to the latter’s clients.

By joining the Marketplace, the company aims to offer its reactivation and retention services to a broader range of igaming incumbents, offering the end-benefit of increased bottom line revenues through elevated active player numbers.

“GiG has a long list of partnerships that we have with third party providers,” said Martin Collins, GiG Director of Sales and Business Development.

“With Enteractive, we know what a valuable resource they provide in retention and reactivation services, and we’re more than happy to recommend their services to our partners.”

Supported with a several million pound financial backing from Yolo Investments, Enterative is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy for 2022, as detailed by the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, Pedram Padidar, in an interview with SBC towards the end of last year.

This has included a multinational focus on the regulated and established continent of Europe, the emerging markets of Latin America and the ‘hyper-growth’ North American region.

By linking with GiG Marketplace, the company aims to further accelerate these plans by gaining access to an international client base spread across multiple gaming jurisdictions.

Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, added: “Having worked closely with GiG’s partners in the past, we’re thrilled and honoured to be included in the GiG Marketplace for their platform clients.

“That our services are recognised by one of the main leaders in the iGaming industry is credit to all the hard work that our teams have put in to develop our unique retention services. We look forward to welcoming GiG’s many platform clients in the future!”
