Olybet boosts international development in Fiorentina partnership

Olybet has signed an agreement with ACF Fiorentina to become the Seria A team’s official regional betting partner, whilst strengthening company exposure at the Artemio Franchi Stadium.

The collaboration sees OlyBet and OlyBet.TV branding become visible on the sideline LEDs throughout Europe and in the home games’ digital overlay technology that was adopted by the club at the start of the season.

Joe Barone, Fiorentina’s Director, commented: “We are delighted to welcome OlyBet to the Viola family and we are very pleased with this new regional partnership which confirms Fiorentina’s global growth in high potential markets like this one.

“I am convinced that the partnership will allow both brands to further develop their commercial strategy at an international level.”

The Latvian enterprise promises to provide ‘new and unique’ engagement opportunities for Viola fans and other followers of the sport throughout Europe.

Corey Plummer, Chairman and CEO of Olympic Entertainment and OlyBet, added: “We are very excited to begin this partnership with Fiorentina, its leadership, its players and most importantly, the fans. Fiorentina has a long tradition and strong ambitions for the future.

“A multiverse of sports entertainment and news, competitions and live events will be accessible  globally through the OlyBet.TV platform. This is a great partnership.”

Olybet continues its international development in sponsoring other major league sports such as this year’s collaboration with the National Hockey League (NHL), which saw the enterprise become the official sports betting partner of the division in the Baltic region.

This shortly followed its growth in basketball where the platform was unveiled as the betting partner of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the partnership was promoted across more than 100 casino and retail locations in the Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovakia regions.
