Sky City has become the latest company to partner with Spotlight Sports Group in a deal which will strengthen the latter’s presence within the Asian market.
The agreement, which is due to start in Q2 2022, will see Spotlight Sports Group build and manage specialist platforms for Sky City’s digital audiences via its turnkey technology, powered by proprietary data sets, AI and smart content modules.
Sam Houlding, Spotlight Sports Group Chief Commercial Officer, said: ‘“Our leading blend of technology, media expertise and expert content in over 70 localised languages means we are in a unique position to instantly scale any publisher’s sports content offering.
“Strategically this is a significant B2B media partnership for us and broadens our global reach, with this agreement in Asia following our recent expansion to service Spanish speaking markets with our AS.com partnership and our continued growth in North America.’’
By partnering with Spotlight Sports Group, Sky City will be able to deploy multi-lingual media platforms to engage its audience with localised sports content.
Later this year, the duo will launch two new media websites and respective apps. The first of these sites will focus on global horse and greyhound racing while the second site will cover seven different sports in localised languages.
