STS expands scope of UK operations with horse racing addition

STS has entered into an agreement with ATR Markets (At The Races) to incorporate horse racing into its wider UK offering, as it looks to strengthen its foothold in the British market.

The collaboration will see ATR – along with its pricing partner Pythia Sports – provide risk managed odds, data and live streamed video services to STS for horse and greyhound racing, distributed across the STSbet online wagering brand.

This will enable STS to offer its customers live streamed racing from both UK domestic and international racetracks throughout the year, coupled with a betting product on both sports, via mobile devices.

“We are delighted to begin this partnership with STSBet and look forward to driving their growth with a top class racing product which will help establish them in the UK market,” commented Chris Dillley, Head of Commercial Operations, At The Races.

By enhancing its UK product with the addition of the betting staples of horse and greyhound racing, STS intends to bolster its position in the UK market, where the Polish company was able to establish a presence in 2019 alongside Estonia.

STS’ current product portfolio consists of sports betting, virtual sports and an online casino – in markets outside its home jurisdiction of Poland – in addition to BetGames and esports betting operations.

The firm most recently moved to enhance its UK operations with the addition of a new responsible gambling and player behavioural monitoring tool, Mentor, designed in collaboration with engineering studio Neccton.

Commenting on the addition of horse racing, Filip Sosnowski, STSBet Managing Director, said: “We are going to work with ATR Markets over the coming months to enhance the product further by adding additional features plus adding to the available content, including international racing from other territories.

“We will offer regular horse racing promotions, special bets and different offers for our customers.”
