Tipwin deploys NEXT platform for new Home Advantage

Tipwin Ltd tells SBC that it has advanced its home-market position by launching ‘NEXT’, its proprietary-built and customised platform for German audiences.

The multi-million-euro investment has been brought to life this summer as Tipwin NEXT, a platform designed to elevate engagement with new customers and refresh Tipwin’s heritage sportsbook offering.

At its core, the development sees Tipwin merge its proprietary sportsbook system with a new customised platform, tailored to deliver fresh utilities and engagement tools across both online and retail channels.

Elevating the Deutsche experience

Tipwin explained that NEXT introduces a suite of new functionalities for sportsbook and gaming customers, offering improved betting tools, content-driven engagement, and integrated audio-visual formats.

The new platform will also be deployed across Tipwin’s 1,000+ retail franchises, providing franchise partners with a modernised digital interface to engage customers and drive new commercial opportunities.

“With Tipwin NEXT, we are creating a central hub for our community – inspiring, informative, and interactive,” said Dr Damir Böhm, CEO of Tipwin Ltd.

“From the outset, our ambition has been to go beyond the classic betting service and provide our customers with genuine added value. At the same time, NEXT strengthens the visibility of our partners and enables new marketing momentum.”

NEXT launches with a wide spectrum of content, ranging from expert betting strategies to long-form editorial and podcasts. Central to this is a new content and analysis area fronted by German sports journalist Hardy Klossek and Bundesliga cult figure Ansgar Brinkmann, who co-host Tipwin’s flagship podcast UNGEFILTERT.

The podcast promises to take listeners behind the scenes of German football, adding cultural insights and authentic storytelling to Tipwin’s broader betting proposition.

Bundesliga campaign

The rollout of Tipwin NEXT has been strategically aligned with the start of the 2025/26 Bundesliga season, enabling German sports fans to access new interactive features ahead of the country’s most followed sporting competition.

Dr Damir Böhm: Tipwin Ltd

Tipwin described the launch as a strategic investment in long-term fan engagement, complementing its established retail and digital sportsbook network.

Dr Böhm: German investments needs GGL guidance

The launch also coincides with a crucial regulatory moment, as Tipwin waits for the Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL) to publish its formal position on advertising and sponsorship standards.

Dr Böhm has previously argued that restrictions must be re-evaluated to allow licensed operators greater visibility and to ensure a level playing field against black-market platforms.

“The ambition with NEXT was to deliver a digital product that reflects both the needs of our customers and the realities of the regulated German market,” Dr Böhm added.

“We believe that improving visibility and brand-building for licensed operators is vital if the state wants to reduce black-market activity and ensure consumer protection.”

In 2025 and beyond Tipwin NEXT is set to become a cornerstone of Tipwin’s customer engagement strategy in Germany, combining its proprietary sportsbook technology with a modern content-driven platform.

The technical makeover for a heritage Tipwin brand  aims to cement its reputation as one of Germany’s most innovative and customer-focused betting brands.
