Reference is made to the Consultation on the Voluntary ESG Code of Good Practice published on 4 July 2023 by the Malta Gaming Authority (‘MGA’ or ‘Authority’). The Authority is hereby advising interested parties that the period of consultation is being extended from Tuesday 8 August 2023 to Tuesday 22 August 2023. This extension will allow all stakeholders additional time to thoroughly review the Code and provide feedback.
