Digitain: We bring innovation in an innovation-starved industry
Digitain has been on fire over the last 10 months, and it did not shy away from highlighting it during SBC Summit Lisbon.
The sportsbook software and iGaming solutions provider opened up about the never-ending successes it saw during this year, and the highly anticipated milestones it is looking forward to in the next.
Ani Mkrtchyan, Chief Sales Officer of Digitain, stood in front of SBC’s cameras to pinpoint what the company feels most proud about – from a highly efficient product portfolio to global market expansion.
“Any operator can come to Digitain and get everything they need to operate smoothly 24/7. This is thanks to our state-of-the-art Centrivo Dynamics platform – our proprietary sportsbook solution that can come both as a standalone product or under our full turnkey solution.
“This year we are particularly focusing on our retail solution, our Centrivo SSBT retail terminals which are revolutionising certain markets.
“We are doing our best to come up with innovative solutions in an industry where it seems innovation is stagnating. Every time we try to put something new to the table.”
Digitain saw new horizons open up in front of it in 2025, including the newly-regulated market in Brazil. Successful partnerships were also launched in Peru.
Across Europe, a high-profile partnership with operator Winmasters allowed Digitain to strengthen its foothold in Greece, Romania, and Cyprus, where the collaboration has led to a 50% increase in GGR, Mkrtchyan added.
Digitain even opened an office in Romania earlier this year, which was doubled up with an office in Malta. With close to 300 employees across both locations, Mkrtchyan added that these are the two main hubs to serve Digitain’s continuous growth across Europe.
Looking ahead, Mkrtchyan affirmed that Europe and Latin America will remain a core priority for Digitain throughout 2026 – with the leading target being investments in human resources.
“At the end of the day, no matter the technologies, the most important thing at the backbone of every organisation is its talents.
“We are going to increase our human capital not only in our HQ in Yerevan, but also in Romania, in Spain, in Malta, in London, as well as in our Latin American hub.
“Our slogan is built to lead. So we will do everything in 2026 to be the front runner in the iGaming industry.”
