Enteractive to lead reactivation campaigns for Fortuna Entertainment’s Romania properties
Enteractive has secured a breakthrough partnership with Fortuna Entertainment, with the tier-1 Central European betting group appointing the customer retention specialist to lead its player reactivation campaigns for Romania.
The partnership will see Fortuna Romania and subsidiary Casa Pariurilor deploy Enteractive’s proprietary-build customer reactivation cloud platform. The integration will allow Enteractive’s native-speaking agents to approach players in a more personalised way, optimising Fortuna and Casa Pariurilor reactivation campaigns.
Since 2017, Fortuna has prioritised expanding its footprint within Romania, as the Czech group acquired the legacy sportsbook brand of Casa Pariurilor from former CIS betting group Hattrick Sports.
Alexandru Tarog, Head of Marketing at Fortuna, commented: “We’re keen to see how Enteractive’s expertise can bring back players that are otherwise hard to reach, and how this will affect our business in the long-term. We see loyalty and retention as key factors in improving bottom-line revenues.
Fortuna’s decision to appoint Enteractive as reactivation lead for Romania follows a procurement review of industry player retention system providers.
The firm was recognised for maintaining compliant reactivation campaigns for a roster of clients across multiple igaming jurisdictions in which it currently “reactivates more than 13,000 players every month for its clients”.
