EveryMatrix: building off the back of a record year

EveryMatrix has its foot to the floor as it looks to build on what has been a very successful 2025, group leadership boldly stated during the SBC Summit Lisbon.

Daniel Clark, Group Commercial Director at EveryMatrix, outlined some of the key partnerships secured and product launches completed over the past 12 months.

This has laid the foundations for further growth in 2026, he explained, stating that the Malta-headquartered firm is ‘really excited about the future’.

“Not just the long term future,” he said, “but also the immediate pipeline of opportunities that we have and the operators that we’re looking to launch before the end of the year.

“We’ve just come off the back of the company’s most successful performance financially. In 2024 we exceeded €100m EBITDA for the first time in the company’s history.

“We’re not done there yet. We’re looking to continue to grow and add more tier one partners, so our portfolio. We’re very excited for the future.”

This year saw EveryMatrix secure a range of partnerships, establishing itself as one of the biggest B2B solutions suppliers to the industry in its founding region of Europe, as well as further afield.

A deal with bet365 announced in September, the week of the Lisbon conference in fact, stands as a testament to this, while Clark also highlighted a deal signed with New Zealand’s Sky City back in May.

However, Clark also referenced one of its older deals, one signed back in 2023, as a good indicator of what the company aims to achieve.

“Our partnership with the Hungarian State Lottery is one that I think speaks to that the most,” he said, referring to the ‘competitive edge’ that EveryMatrix seeks to provide its partners.

“We were one of 27 suppliers that entered that tender, and we came out on top because we demonstrated, and have delivered since, some modular approaches in a highly regulated market.”
