Flows completes latest efficiency-first platform upgrade
Gaming automation platform Flows has taken another step forward in its business growth plan for 2025 as the final quarter of the year progresses.
The company has updated its platform today with what it calls a ‘refined design and modern architecture’, aiming to help operators better respond to market demands.
To achieve this, the company has upgraded the platform’s interface, simplified workflow creation, moved to improve reliability and has lowered operational costs.
Andrew Doublesin, Chief Product Officer at Flows, said: “This is a major milestone for our product and for our customers. It reflects our continued focus on helping businesses move faster, reduce complexity and unlock their creativity.
“This release is about giving our partners lasting value with a platform that not only delivers immediate performance benefits but also the flexibility, reliability and confidence they need to continue to succeed.”
Flows asserts that the enhancement has helped better position the company as a leading no-code automation platform for the gaming industry, helping operators improve efficiency.
The global iGaming market is vast, with various estimates putting the total value of the sector at just under US$80bn in 2024, projected to extend well into the hundreds of billions by 2030.
It is also a highly competitive sector, however. The UK, for example, hosts one of the world’s most valuable markets with online gross gaming yield of £1.49bn between April-June 2025, but also over 175 licensed companies.
In the context of increasingly strict regulations and tax raises from the UK and France to the US and Brazil, this has made operational efficiency even more important for operators. This is a service Flows hopes to fill.
The company’s latest upgrade to its platform follows similar efforts such as a partnership with Optimove earlier this year. The company integrated Opti-X into its platform, stepping up its ability to offer personalised communications to iGaming marketing teams.
