There are now more than 1,000 employees at SOFTSWISS, with the company more than doubling its pool of staff from 500 in January.

At the moment, about 80% of all employees are from Belarus, but the company is actively recruiting professionals from other regions and encouraging diversity.

After Minsk in Belarus, the next most represented countries are Russia and Ukraine, before Poland and Georgia – two countries where SOFTSWISS opened new offices this year.

SOFTSWISS employees can also be found working remotely from Austria, Bali, Brazil, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Nigeria, Portugal, Serbia and Vietnam. 

The launch and promotion of new products has had a significant impact on the growing staff numbers. For example, the Sportsbook team has tripled in size, while Managed Services has grown by 60% from 90 people in January to more than 150.
