LV Bet secures stadium naming rights of Boreham Wood FC
LV Bet has entered into a partnership with Boreham Wood FC to expand its UK coverage by becoming the stadium-naming partner of the club.
The operator is seeking to broaden its reach through coverage on both BT Sport,Sky Sports and Twitch, as the stadium also hosts Arsenal’s Women’s Premier League fixtures and Men’s under 18, 19 and 23 ties.
Danny Hunter, Owner of Boreham Wood FC, commented: “This is a carefully put together two-year partnership that I believe will be very good for all parties and I’m very grateful to LV Bet for their support.
“In truth this partnership has already allowed me to hire a new community coach full time, as well as to start planning for a number of schools and community initiatives that will assist local parents and youngsters, so there will be a direct benefit and reinvestment into the community as a consequence.”
Furthermore, the collaboration will see the teams’ Meadow Park home be renamed as the LV Bet Stadium, Meadow Park.
Markin Jablonski, CMO of LV Bet, added: “This is a unique opportunity, and we’re excited to see our name associated with a local community club as well as Women’s football.
“Boreham Wood FC have been great to deal with as we begin this partnership together. We have some great plans to activate our relationship that include plenty of initiatives to support the local community.”
LV Bet’s existing European partnerships include a recent tie-up with Championship side West Bromwich Albion and prostate cancer charity, The Erroll McKellar Foundation, alongside carrying ex-Liverpool and Republic of Ireland footballer Jason McAteer as its brand ambassador.
The business has also partnered with the Vanarama National League for the past two seasons as well as the German National Team in ice hockey.
