LVBet enters into responsible gambling partnership with Jada Gaming

LVBet is set to leverage the services of AI and analytics firm Jada Gaming with the objective of supporting its responsible gambling strategy.

To enhance its focus on social responsibility, LVBet will incorporate the firm’s Jada Brain platform which features a range of bespoke igaming solutions specifically designed to enhance responsible gambling capabilities.

Additionally, Jada will also supply its data and analytics services to enable LVBet to strengthen its visibility and predictive capabilities, with LVBet identifying social responsibility as a ‘core element’ of its growth plans.

Marcin Jablonski, LVBet CCO, remarked: “Responsible Gaming is a passion and forms an incredibly important part of our overall business plan. Being able to handpick the RG modules from Jada’s solution means we can instantly enhance the business and deliver an even better customer experience.”

LVBet has further emphasised an ambition to secure a position to ‘optimise marketing spend and identify VIP customers earlier” using Jada’s data services, whilst the latter’s responsible gaming and bonus abuse modules will also be used to protect active players by monitoring behaviour and identifying ‘abusers’.

Jada Gaming, meanwhile, operates with the goal of providing solutions to mitigate ‘systemic struggles’ in the gambling industry, specialising in areas such as Implementation of AI, fraud prevention, responsible gambling and marketing optimisation.

Alberto Alfieri, Jada Gaming Co-Founder, added: “Jada’s modular AI solution means our partners can choose whichever elements best suit their business strategy. LVBet identified Responsible Gaming as a growth catalyst and we are proud that they have selected our offering to enhance the customer experience.”
