Mindway AI rolls out responsible gambling solutions across Dutch market

As the Dutch market opens up from today, Mindway AI will support its customers across the Netherlands by rolling out its responsible gambling solutions.

Mindway AI, which was acquired by Better Collective earlier this year, will support operators across the Dutch market by supplying its GameScanner solution to help “identify at-risk and problem gamblers early and accurately”.

In addition, customers will benefit from the Gamalyze self-test that “creates self-awareness and provides advice to gamblers”.

“The Dutch online market regulation is a natural next step as we also saw it happening in  Germany earlier this year,” commented Rasmus Kjaergaard, CEO of Mindway AI.

“With the opening of the Dutch market, software solutions to monitor  gambling and to create self-awareness in gamblers are even more important as the human  contact is more difficult online, but gamblers still need to be protected from developing unhealthy  gambling behaviour.

“We are ready to help our existing customers with our expertise and solutions  and of course also embrace new customers in creating responsible and sustainable gambling  set-ups.”

Earlier this week, Better Collective also released the list of winners from the Bookmaker Awards 2021, which took place on 28 September.

Over the last 12 months, the company has gathered and analysed data on the performance of bookmakers in Denmark, Greece, Poland, Romania and Sweden.

bet365 came out as the award night’s big winner with a total of 14 awards across the five markets, followed by Stoiximan with a total of six awards and Betano third with five.

Shona ODonnell, Head of Strategic Events at Better Collective, said: “These awards are the culmination of a true team effort within Better Collective, where we made great use of one of our core competencies – using data to educate and empower players to make better informed decisions when placing bets.

“Despite the pandemic, we have seen great innovation from the bookmakers across all markets, to support players in having an entertaining and safe experience when betting on sports events.”
