NSoft provides its operators Optimove’s CRM marketing solution
NSoft has partnered with Israel-based CRM Marketing company, Optimove, to provide the company’s operations to its users.
The collaboration has seen international betting and igaming supplier fast-track the integration with Balkan Bet, which is a long-time NSoft client already leveraging Optimove’s AI-mapped CRM journeys.
Dubravko Simic, SVP of Sales and Business Department at NSoft, commented: “We are committed to offering best-in-class CRM marketing solutions to our clients. Smart, actionable, measurable customer journeys and data-driven decisions are at the core of our ability to adapt and stay in front of the industry and competition.
“That is why we have decided to partner up with Optimove, the industry leader in CRM marketing solutions for successful customer journey management and business optimisation.”
With Optimove’s CRM marketing solution, Balkan Bet is ‘maximising players’ lifetime value’ by micro-segmenting its audience and in a bid to ensure each player is greeted with a personal message every time across every channel.
NSoft, which currently offers a Sportsbook software solution for Pre-Match and In-Play Betting, is looking to provide its portfolio of 50 operators with an enhanced CRM Marketing platform.
“We are pleased to be chosen by NSoft as their CRM Marketing solution and look forward to working together on providing each of their players the utmost personalized experience,” added Moshe Demri, GM EMEA at Optimove.
“We at Optimove are committed to continue fostering the blend of marketer-friendly tools, advanced AI capabilities, and scientific experimentation and measuring, that makes us the solution of choice among iGaming industry leaders such as NSoft.”
In terms of the company’s progress last year, NSoft’s COO, Dražan Planinic, stated that it continued to invest its time and resources into the Sportsbook platform, which recorded ‘steady growth ‘and remains one of the business’s top priorities in terms of development.
He also stated that ‘platform integration expands our footprint, and we are happy to have some new partners on board’.
