SBC Summit North America 2023 confirmed for May in New Jersey

SBC Summit North America 2023 has been confirmed for May 9-11, when the region’s leading sports betting and igaming event will return in significantly expanded form at Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey.

The conference and tradeshow has enjoyed strong growth since its launch in 2019 and has established itself as the place for the U.S. and Canadian online gambling industries to do business. That status saw the expo floor for the 2022 edition sold out months ahead of the event itself in July.

As a result, the 2023 event will see SBC add 40,000sq ft of space to the existing 60,000sq ft being used this year, in order to meet demand for additional exhibition booths and a greater number of delegates.

Rasmus Sojmark, Founder and CEO of event organizer SBC, said: “SBC Summit North America has developed into an unmissable event for businesses that want to reach and connect with major U.S. and Canadian sportsbook, igaming and land-based casino operators, launch products into these fast-growing markets, and learn about the latest developments.

“The rapid growth of the Summit means a huge number of suppliers are now keen to get involved, so as part of SBC’s commitment to always meeting the needs of the industry, we have increased the show floor by two-thirds for 2023 to accommodate them.”

SBC Summit North America 2022 takes place at Meadowlands Exposition Center on July 12-14, when delegates can look forward to seeing the latest innovations from 50 leading suppliers and hearing from a lineup of 250 expert speakers.

The conference agenda includes content on every key issue for the industry, including how to manage the converging worlds of sports betting, media and professional sports, opportunities in igaming, the latest developments in payments technology, the investment landscape, and the evolving roles of tribal casinos and state lotteries.

Delivering insights on those topics are senior executives and product specialists from companies including Bally’s Interactive, BetMGM, Caesars Digital, DraftKings, FanDuel, Foxwoods, Kindred Group, Las Vegas Sands, MaximBet, NASCAR, the NFL, Penn National Gaming, PointsBet, and Sun Gaming & Hospitality.

Sojmark added: “Our previous New Jersey events have made a real splash in the North American industry, and the 2022 edition promises to be the best yet. It’s a great opportunity to learn from some of the sector’s most influential thinkers, get a first look at the next generation of products and, of course, enjoy some of SBC’s famous networking parties.”

SBC Summit North America 2022 is part of a week of industry events in New Jersey and New York, which also include the Player Protection Symposium, the Online Gaming 101 educational conference, the Sports Betting Hall of Fame induction ceremony, the SBC First Pitch competition, and the second annual SBC Awards North America.
