Gambling.com hires Peter McGough to lead Investor Relations

Gambling.com Group has moved to strengthen its key investment and stakeholder management, appointing Peter McGough as Vice President of Investor Relations.

An expert in representing financial services and emerging technologies, McGough joins Gambling.com executive management from Viridian Capital Advisors – where he led the New York hedge fund’s engagement with equity funds, institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.

Gambling.com further underscored McGough’s experience at Credit Suisse, where he led the investment bank’s corporate access team, and as a tech sector specialist for JP Morgan.

“Pete brings a wealth of experience and a fantastic network from his decades of experience in the New York finance community,” said Charles Gillespie, Gambling.com Group CEO.

“Having such a talented individual working inside the business, full-time and at the VP level will ensure we deliver a best-in-class investor relations program.”

McGough will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall investor relations program of Gambling.com, a company that last year completed its first innings on the Global Nasdaq, reporting a net income of $13m.

Further duties will see McGough charged with communicating Gambling.com’s growth strategy and vision to shareholders and the financial community.

“I am excited to be joining the team at Gambling.com Group,” McGough remarked.

“The team, the culture and the market opportunity the company offers is unmatched. I look forward to leveraging my background in capital markets and investor engagement to rapidly accelerate the investment community’s appreciation of the talent within Gambling.com Group and the growth opportunity in front of this organisation.”
