NetShop ISP recognised as best hosting provider in the Baltics at BSG 2022

NetShop ISP, a leading provider of bare-metal servers, data centre solutions, and cloud hosting, has been awarded the “Best Hosting Provider in the Baltics” award at the Baltic and Scandinavian (BSG) Gaming Awards 2022 in Vilnius, Lithuania.

During the event, held at Radisson Blue Royal Astorija Hotel, sports betting and online casino professionals submitted their votes for those operators and suppliers that made a substantial contribution to the igaming industry in the past year.

Stefano Sordini, CEO and Founder, commented: “We are really proud for winning yet another award that highlights the quality of our igaming hosting services. NetShop ISP has been involved in the online gaming sphere for more than a decade, delivering top-notch data center and cloud hosting solutions backed by stellar customer services.

“Our engineers, developers, support and sales staff deserve all credits for this award as they worked so hard for NetShop ISP to excel during the past year.

According to the firm, the award acknowledges success and recognizes many other qualities in the service it provides to igaming companies. “This can be backed up not only by the countless reviews from satisfied customers, but also by our extremely high ticket resolution rate (2,175 technical support tickets were handled and resolved),” it said in a statement.

“Our customer support has been streamlined for efficiency and our customers are always satisfied with our rapid response times, with the majority of tickets being resolved by our team’s first response to an issue or inquiry, without the need for escalation.”

At the end of 2021, NetShop ISP expanded its infrastructure footprint to accommodate hosting services in new jurisdictions such as Curacao and Azerbaijan so that gaming operators and suppliers could facilitate delivery of their gaming products.

Finally, as of April 2022, customers of NetShop ISP hosted in Amsterdam enjoy, for free, a premium DdoS protection service which can handle up to 500Gbps attack.
